“劍橋少兒英語(yǔ)”是英國(guó)劍橋大學(xué)考試委員會(huì)專門(mén)為英語(yǔ)為非母語(yǔ)國(guó)家的少年兒童設(shè)計(jì)的學(xué)習(xí)系統(tǒng)。目前，幾百萬(wàn)適齡兒童在全世界50多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)。1 997年，教育部考試中心中英教育測(cè)量學(xué)術(shù)交流中心開(kāi)始在中國(guó)大陸推廣該項(xiàng)目，短短幾年，全國(guó)各地；500多萬(wàn)學(xué)生相繼學(xué)習(xí)和使用了“劍橋少兒英語(yǔ)”。 《劍橋少兒英語(yǔ)》專為我國(guó)6—12歲年齡段的少年兒童學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)而設(shè)計(jì)。本教材不僅完全符合劍橋少兒英語(yǔ)大綱的教學(xué)要求，而且參照了《英語(yǔ)教學(xué)大綱》(教育部制定的九年義務(wù)教育全日制初級(jí)中學(xué)教學(xué)大綱，人民教育出版社出版)及國(guó)內(nèi)外比較有代表性的兒童英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，在內(nèi)容和形式上反映了少兒的認(rèn)知能力和心理特征，突出了“活潑、有趣、輕松、連續(xù)”的特色。 本教材分預(yù)備級(jí)、第一級(jí)、第二級(jí)、第三級(jí)共4個(gè)級(jí)別
